Pour into a mixing bowl and stir in the melted butter (the mixture will resemble wet sand). Press \u00bc of the mixture into four 10cm springform, non-stick cheesecake tins. Add the sugar and vanilla and mix for another 2 minutes. Add in 1 egg, beat, then repeat with remaining eggs until they\u2019re incorporated. On a low speed, mix in sour cream and corn flour. Then, using a spoon, hand mix in the white chocolate and 4 tablespoons of passionfruit pulp until just combined.<\/p><p>Pour an even amount of mixture over each cheesecake base. Add 1 teaspoon of passionfruit pulp to each cheesecake and gently swirl with a butter knife.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e909df7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4e909df7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Bake<\/strong> the cheesecakes at 170\u00b0C for 20-25 minutes, or until the centre no longer wobbles. Turn the oven off and leave the cheesecakes with the door ajar for around 30 minutes.
