The only comparison would be a handmade product made in-house.\u201d<\/p><p>While Alfina\u2019s pinsa is a premium product, this doesn\u2019t hinder its place on your menu. \u201cPinsa, like sourdough, is a process. It takes time. It\u2019s more authentic, and if we focus solely on price, we\u2019re missing the point. This is about offering a unique, authentic artisan product.\u201d<\/p><p>Tibin Thomas, head chef at the heritage-listed Tathra Hotel on the NSW south coast, added Alfina\u2019s pinsa sorriso to their menu with great results. \u201cI was looking at pizza bases on myBidfood when I stumbled upon Alfina\u2019s pinsa. I\u2019d never heard of them, so I asked Steve (my rep) to get me some samples.\u201d<\/p><p>Tibin believes the results spoke for themselves. \u201cWe had them on at lunchtime and they were very popular.
